Southwind is seeking dedicated and skilled PRN Night Shift Nurse (RN or LPN) to become valued members of our compassionate care team in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive, safe, effective, and ethical nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards of practice
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
  • Monitor residents' conditions, support recovery, and implement health screening and preventive care measures
  • Deliver person-centered care that prioritizes dignity, comfort, and quality of life for older adults
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic resident well-being
  • Perform additional organizational duties related to resident care as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Current, active RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Strong clinical skills with demonstrated competency in geriatric and skilled nursing care
  • Deep understanding of the importance of quality of life and person-centered care for elders
  • Commitment to professional development and maintaining high standards of clinical practice
  • Ability to work independently during night shift while contributing to a supportive team environment

CNA – Full-Time Night Shift - Join the Southwind Team! Southwind at Spearville is looking for a leader who has an active CNA Certification, great clinical skills, and understands the importance of quality of life for elders. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing personal care,  have basic computer and documentation skills, possess a compassionate and empathetic approach to care, and is able to effectively work as part of a team.
Duties
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Basic personal care
  • Documentation
