Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care
When you or a loved one requires a higher and more regular level of care, our skilled nursing is there to help. We offer rehabilitative care, restorative therapy and long-term care in our on-site skilled nursing center.

We subscribe to a philosophy of personalized care, which emphasizes each person’s quality of life, dignity and comfort. Residents are in control of their days, choosing which services they want and when they wish for them to be delivered.

We believe the best way to get someone back on their feet, faster, is to offer them a calm and soothing setting where they can simply focus on healing.
In addition to physical, occupational and speech-language therapies, our therapy services address memory issues, vision issues, incontinence and recovery after stroke.

Private room with Private Bath

Payment accepted: Private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, Long Term Care Insurances. Payment situations and qualification can get complicated, but we are here to help determine your payment options. Private pay daily fee for all private rooms with private bath $286.00/day
